Did you know you can now create coupons for your Etsy shop?
I haven't come up with a promotion yet, but I'm thinking maybe a friends and family discount over the holidays. It would be a great way to generate some repeat business if you send out an email to all your previous customers with the promotion code. The uses are endless.

I just purchased some soaps from a seller on Etsy and when they arrived there was a $3.00 off coupon for my next purchase using a coupon code. A lot of sellers put "extras" in their shipments, including me, but I think this coupon is a great idea as an "extra" to add with items shipping to customers. It doesn't cost much at all and encourages more sales in the future, plus it makes loyal customers feel valued.
